Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen und dem l\u00e4nger anhaltenden Ausfall, wurde die Feuerwehr um Unterst\u00fctzung gebeten. Rund 25.000 Liter Brauchwasser wurden in Sammelbeh\u00e4lter den Anwohner zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Dazu waren zwei Tankl\u00f6schfahrzeuge und ein L\u00f6schgruppenfahzeug im Einsatz. Auch die Wasserversorgung von Tierstellen war unterbrochen, sodass die Feuerwehr auch hier Abhilfe schaffte. Zudem war der Ger\u00e4tewagen Logistik im Einsatz im hilfebed\u00fcrftigen Personen Trinkwasser zuzubringen. Hier geb\u00fchrt den Bad Harzburger Mineralbrunnen Dank, f\u00fcr die unkomplizierte Bereitstellung von vier Palleten Mineralwasser. Im Verlauf kam es noch zu zwei weiteren Eins\u00e4tzen. Bei einer Notfallt\u00fcr\u00f6ffnung konnte eine Person gerettet und dem Rettungsdienst \u00fcbergeben werden.
